30就 是 少 年 人 也 要 疲 乏 困 倦 ； 強 壯 的 也 必 全 然 跌 倒 。

31但 那 等 候 耶 和 華 的 必 從 新 得 力 。


30Even youths grow tired and weary,

and young men stumble and fall;

31but those who hope in the Lord

will renew their strength.

11我 的 心 哪 ， 你 為 何 憂 悶 ？ 為 何 在 我 裡 面 煩 躁 ？ 應 當 仰 望 　 神 ， 因 我 還 要 稱 讚 他 。 他 是 我 臉 上 的 光 榮 （ 原 文 是 幫 助 ） ， 是 我 的 　 神 。

11Why, my soul, are you downcast?

Why so disturbed within me?

Put your hope in God,

for I will yet praise him,

my Savior and my God.

34Blessed is the man who listens to me,

watching daily at my doors,

1O God, you are my God,

earnestly I seek you;

my soul thirsts for you,

my body longs for you,

in a dry and weary land

where there is no water.
